Help Our Black people in Haiti, look our for their health!

Haitian Batey No.2

We can help to give our Black people what they

need. We know the needs are constant. Everyday we

have our needs and we get them met.  Lets meet

the needs of Black people in Haiti once again.

St. Boniface Hospital is a 32 bed facility

that has a 24 hour emergency room and operating room in

Fond des Bancs, Haiti. Its where pregnant women go

and get their prenatal care.

They have surgical teams traveling to the hospital

regularly to do surgery on 30 to 40 patients.

The surgeons, anaesthesiologist and nurses

are a group of 8-10 people.

              THe pregnant women’s program helps

pregnant women to get nutritious food. They also

have a program for the elderly receiving nutritious

food. THey have a dental program, medical school program,

and a build a house program. Further, they have a fundraising

program and work retreat program.

22 houses have been built for needy families in Fond de Blancs

Haiti. Let’s add to that list. They have built 18 chapels, so lets

help them add to that as well.

They have built a library. This library allows people to borrow

books for 12 cents a year. Now, she is raising money to

get a bigger library built. The participants of their Work Retreat

Program deliver medicine and supplies. The full time dentist

there provides basic services to a community of 45,000 poeple.

Five of the Haitian physicians share calls 24 hours a day

and the time they get off is 4 days a month.
